You don’t need to go to a fancy place all the time to enjoy food. Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and the food is pretty authentic here. They got the AC fixed too so that’s a plus. All I’d say is the menu is a bit odd but it’s not too difficult to figure it out. Portions are plentiful and the background music is a nice touch.

This place is amazing. The food is DELICIOUS, especially the egg sandwich (its like a bánh mì op la, but called something else) and the cơm tấm đặc biệt (a heaping portion of broken rice and meat). There are many older Vietnamese playing cờ tướng, and they like to smoke outside after drinking their cà phê sữa đá, but don’t let that deter you from a great authentic restaurant that will give you the real deal. This place made me feel like I was in Sài Gòn again.
