Local cafe bar establishment. Food and service were very good. I’d go back.

We went for Friday Fish Fry. Upon entering, we were informed that they were out of all the deep fried fish. They asked us if we still wanted to eat, of course we did. We had the walleye and the bluegill. Absolutely delicious! My husband asked what kind of IPA beer they had. The waiter wasn’t sure,he said he had to check. He came back with a beer in hand. Never asking if that one was suitable. Overwhelmed would be my guess for both of them!

Perch was delicious as always but the old fashioned and cheese curds were not wisconsin quality. Ill still go back as the fish is amazing and the service is always friendly. Ill just have to find a different beverage and appetizer – no biggie!

Nice little restaurant in the heart of downtown Lodi. The food is very good. My only gripe is that it is only open 2 days a week. It is a bit ridiculous to have a prominent, highly visible restaurant taking up some valuable real estate – only open twice a week.

This was a sudden decision to stop and have a quick lunch. Everything looked clean and there was plenty of different choices for things to eat. I chose the cod fish fry which came with a generous mound of fries and a very small sampling of coleslaw. The fries could have been more crisp but otherwise it was good enough.

King cut Prime rib perfect! BBQ chicken dumpling soup, cheese curds, ribs, and chicken alfredo. So happy that we made the trip here. To end it all, cherry cheesecake with an awesome crust. Erin and the cook made it an awesome Saturday night. My wife said that it was in her top 10 meals EVER, and she is 48. Make it here and you will not be disappointed.

I was driving through town thinking about having a Cod Fish Dinner and decided it had been a long time since I had stopped in this place. Al thier bartender also is very friendly and great to talk to. They had a one piece cod dinner for $6, a two piece for $9, and a three piece for $11.00 It came with a roll, choice of French fries or mashed potatoes and gravy which is what I had and a side of coleslaw. I was hungry and it hit the spot. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because the potatoes were a little pasty or sticky and not seasoned to my personal liking. Also i’m not sure if they make the coleslaw either? It was good, but reminded me of cafeteria slaw! The fish was nicely battered and really flaky. Good sized portion and filet size. Overall I enjoyed my meal and will be back.

I had broiled cod. It was a nice slab of fish with melted butter, mashed potatoes n gravy, dinner roll and coleslaw for $15. Service was decent too. I’ll be going back. ☺

Their cheesecake was appallingly bad. My penne alla vodka was extremely disappointing–the sauce had bell peppers in it that completely hijacked the flavor. Others in my group liked their sandwiches, however. The drinks were all good.

Wow! This is one of Lodi’s hidden secrets. Stopped for lunch & the chowder was out of this world. Got the Caesar salmon salad. Huge piece of awesome fish. Will definitely be back to try the shrimp & oysters.
