The food here was described as farm to table when we arrived. The menu was short and varies often depending on what is fresh/in season. I had the lamb chops and everything about this dish was right. The lamb was cooked perfectly with a nice crust. The potatoes were a bit crispy on the outside and perfectly firm on the inside. Reservations are recommended as the seating area is limited. Stop by for a meal, you will be glad you did.

Fantastic food and service. Server was the epitome of quality. Never had to ask for refills, was on it, friendly and never forgot any of our orders. Dinner and Desert was phenomenal I dont know what we did so that the Chef could make that food with that much love but I’ll take it. 5/5 experience and the atmosphere was dope as well for my first time visiting Apex.

This place is a treasure! Met with a large group (around 12) and they had no problem accommodating us upstairs. This restaurant is in an old building & the charm is lovely.

Wonderful local, casual restaurant with great food and food options. Arrived on a Saturday night without a reservation. After a few minutes hostess seated us at the upstairs bar. Had the yellowfin tuna poke tacos and hot spinach, roasted garlic, four cheese dip served with grilled pita bread. Both were great. Joe, the bartender, and Marissa took great care of us.

The restaurant is so lovely. Great menu options and delicious food! Party of 6, upstairs, food restrictions observed, attentive but not aggressive/hovering servers. Overall excellent! We look forward to next time!

Great service, food, decent pricing. The tables were a bit close together in the front but nonetheless it was a cool spot. I would recommend coming here. Shout out to the waiter from Long Island, NY.

This is my second time dining at The Provincial, both times with a large group of friends and both times very impressed. The menu is always changing from day to day so best to check online if you’re looking for a specific dish. Our group had a great server she was attentive without being intrusive.

This was an excellent locale for our ladies night! I didn’t realize that upstairs had a fair amount of additional seating. Our server was very knowledgeable and personable, and definitely in his element! I had the soft-shell crab sandwich–so delicious and crunchy. We had the carrot cake for dessert-some of our group did not care for it, but I rarely meet a cake I don’t like. I thought it was tasty. Overall, a great dining experience.

Ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and vegetables. There was a seasoning on the veggies which I was curious about. I suspected anise and asked the server. She asked the chef and he claimed only salt and pepper. No way. Just sayin’. I ordered the salmon medium rare. It was perfect.
