I have ordered 3 times from here for movie nights in the mancave. My first time being 1 month ago. Food a has been hot and fresh each time. The App however does need a little work. I have to reset my password alot which is a not good from an IT Guy perspective.

I get this location door dashed to me all the time and I’ve never been disappointed. The food is always great! And they never forget items unlike LaRosa’s in Oxford who legit forgets the whole pizza this Marcos location is the best pizza in my area and just the thin crust for the first time and wow soooo good. Thanks guys keep it up!

The delivery store such as doordash Uber and Postmates are ruining the experience for small restaurants. It took them two hours to deliver my food that was said to be there in 30 minutes. I’ve lived in Hamilton 18 months and have been told it’s hard to get an Uber out here. This is the truth. So I won’t hold it against Marcos. With that being said the food tasted great but the wings were ridiculously small. I’ll be going to roosters or frickers from now on. Again the food tasted great but the portions were tiny. Not worth my money.

I called to verify my medium pizza size as it looked very small. One of the slices was only about 3 bites!! He said they are 12″. Well, this wasn’t so. It looks like some kind of inflationary down-sizing. I like their ingredients but I won’t pay the medium price for this in the future. I will go somewhere else for pizza or eat something else

Whenever I have ordered from Marco’s the staff has been very friendly over the phone and a fun arrival when picking up my order in store I’ve only had them deliver a few times in the drivers have been very polite as well great customer service keeps doing good things
