Small area and dont plan on eating with your person who you are dining with as all the items come out independent of one another. So sides come before sandwiches and your eating while partner is watching. The food is awesome. The burgers are perfectly cooked and toppings are awesome. The Haystack onions are good all alone and you cannot get enough. French fries not for me way too much rosemary not able for me to eat them I will stick with onions.

Small place in a mall. At 4pm on a Friday, we thought it would be easy…it was. 3 People working. Very polite young lady took our orders and answered our questions. OUR FIRST TIME AT THIS CHAIN. Prompt service. Big burgers, fries and milkshakes came out and looked great. Burgers were amazing, perfectly cooked, juicy and toppings were perfect. HEAVENLY, burgers from long ago. Fries good and shakes were super. If we lived near here, we’d be there at least once a week. THIS IS NOT “FAST FOOD”..this is restaurant quality. If ONLY we had one on Aquidneck Island, it would shame Newport burgers. ❤️❤️

I mean… it was alright. It was late at night and i decided to order some food. I was in the mood for a nice, big, juicy burger and this place came up. I’ve never had it before so i said to myself “why not”. I’m not sure if it was the type of burger or because i ordered late night but it really wasn’t that good. I mean not horrible but pretty meh. Fries were soft, no crunch to them. And the burger had big slabs of thick hickory bacon which i didn’t like at all. Way too chewy. I don’t think i’d order again unless it was free. But that’s just my experience.

Food tastes ok but very greasy even for fast food. Prices are also very high, 2 burgers, fries, and sodas were $35. We should have just gone to a full service restaurant and had better quality. Don’t think we will be back.

First off everything ala carte, large fries were more like small, and what is that awful seasoning on the fries, chicken wings were not as advertised, burgers were too salty, could have gotten a better burger at Burger King, place was in need of new floors, they had holes, not worth the morning. This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a bacon double smashburger and fries. The burger was cooked well done with no pink. The first bite was extremely salty and remained so throughout the burger. Same with the fries. The people were very pleasant and helpful.
