I’m new to the area and this is the Chipotle closest to me. Ever since I’ve started coming here, some ingredient is always out. This time it was the Pico (830 pm and I’ve seen it at earlier times)That’s basically 2nd to the meat for me. I was so disappointed. And they attempted to charge me for cheese I got on the side. Think I’ll start going to my 2nd closest location now.

7/11/23 Placed a mobile order for a chicken Al pastor kids meal and they gave me a half serving of super dry old normal chicken, hard tortillas, no bottle coke, and a burrito that wasn’t for me. Went back with it and the manager Jose Aleman wouldn’t provide the right order or refund terrible rude service.

5-stars to the staff at this location. My mobile order has been stolen twice this month alone, and they always re-make my order for me without hesitation. Great customer service, especially from the manager (I wish I could’ve gotten her name). You can tell the staff here are hard-working.
