I placed an order here for a fanceroni pizza and received a classic. I went home and noticed it was a classic after taking a bite and looking at the pizza. I called them let them know I didn’t get what I paid for, they apologize. They said they could offer to make a new pizza and refund the order. Then I drive all the way back across town to get down there. The guy tries to tell me the classic was a fanceroni . Then says my boss said he won’t refund me for the order. They pulled out the new made fanceroni, which looked completely different to the pizza that they gave me. Told me I could keep the classic as well, but I did not want it because it tasted old and not fresh like it was in heating oven. I will not go back to this establishment again, even though I’ve ordered here a bunch of times, throughout several years. Today they wasted my time, gas and money, and gave me the runaround. The owner is dishonest And I will not support this business anymore.

Ok, let’s talk pizza. This is Little Caesars, with multiple locations located in Chico, CA. We’ve all seen the commercials on TV, and we all know the “Pizza Pizza” slogan. So, after that introduction…why beat a dead horse!? Well…increased prices demand a rating, and while I’m sorry it has to be me, it has to be somebody, right? Prices for a basic pepperoni, or cheese, have risen more than a $1, even more for the ultimate Supreme. Pictures included with this review show a lack of basic toppings, to the point of being sparse. I HAD to ask for more pepperoni on the 1st one they presented me (less than 12 pieces), and the Supreme was worse… but the wait time for another was going to be 1/2 hr, so I said no. It didn’t used to be like this, but a combination of short supplies, no employees, and rising prices MAY cause more than a few closures IF they can’t course-correct. The sauce was patchy and thin, crust was either too crispy OR too doughy, and toppings, again, sparse. If you want Pizza, please… order from a respected establishment, either Round Table, Celestino’s, or Woodstock’s. Even Mod Pizza or Papa Murphy’s would be better.

It’s a Little Ceasars. The pizza taste like it was a microwave pizza, and the service was participatory. The atmosphere is the best thing this place has going—$ 0.75 per dipping sauce is excessive. Pepsi products in the cooler so there is that. Final thought, meh!

I recommend little caesars as a whole because they’re cheap and have decent quality pizza. This place has good staff that come to the counter quick. As well as a pickup box that is very useful.

Good spot for a quick bite of pizza. Cant go wrong with little caesars pizza. The cheapest In town and the pizza is decent. They usually make you wait 10 min unless you order a pepperoni pizza , they have those ready to go.

Very dissatisfied on this particular trip. The cashier gave our order to another customer who left the building then returned stating “you gave me the wrong order”. The cashier laughed and said oh there’s you food and wanted me to take it even though it had already left the building with someone else. Who knows what happened to the product outside. I asked her politely to remake the order and the customer with the wrong order laughed and said your loss now I have more than what I paid for and left.
