Look, I know you were busy. Kids said chicken strips were very dry and hard! Over cooked? My Americana roast beef sandwich was an absolute disaster! Slow down! Yes, you were busy, but the quality put out should never come as a sacrifice. Worst Arby’s experience we’ve ever had anywhere. You’re going to lose customers during a time when nobody can afford to lose them. We’ve chosen Arby’s for years because standards used to be way better than most competitors.

Food is going down hill for being that they are upping prices. It’s very dirty there, it was a little crazy in there so I can see to a point why tables were dirty, but the booth walls were stained, and the condiment service station was very sticky. I can tell there is very little if any deep cleaning done. I also witnessed an eye roll at a customer who was ordering food. I’m not usually a Karen when it comes to rating places, but the service was not the greatest, and I feel paying customers deserve the best! Please Arby’s make it better for your loyal customers.
