Never heard of a dine in pizza hut decided to try this his one in Pleasanton! But let me tell you, the waiter was a wonderful and generous guy, as soon as we walked in we got properly greeted and sat down immediately! Very attentive to detail and great listener! Most importantly food was amazing, it was very quick service and food tasted amazing! Don’t let these one star reviews deceive you on this little towns pizza joint, I don’t know what kind of service they received but mines was excellent! Cheers!

The waitress was friendly and got part of our food (hot wings) fast. The personal pan pizza took a little longer than expected. The dinning room looked to be needing attention. When we were sitting I felt something crawl on me and looked down it was a spider and underneath the table was a mess. I’m not sure if they are short staffed; when we went we were the only people there till about 6:00pm then two more groups came in.

Often dry with no sauce or very little cheese even when we pay for extra. You’ll have a better chance getting decent pizza anywhere else. At least their wings are fine.

Once again, my pizza had about 3-4 inches without topping or sauce. Please, please follow-up with I do not know maybe pizza creating/building but, (All the way to the outer edge of crust) Again, this is the maybe the 5th pizza given to me (I have not taken pics of the pie’s) I should have I just do not know if it will do any good.

We ordered the new Yorker, and they took our order. After 50 min they gave us a cold cheese pizza and explain that they don’t have the new Yorker, Then they just threw some pepperoni’s on it, We were so hungry by that pont and they refused to giving us a discoun. Pizza Hut always has horrible service. We wanted to give it another chance because I really wanted to try the new Yorker? Why should I have to pay for something I didn’t order.

Customer service at the window is good. The guys are really nice. Pizza was good but the breadsticks and cheese sticks are always two seconds from 2nd degree burns. Sometimes you can tell the difference between the two. I gave 4 stars bc there’s one guy at the window who is super nice and professional every time.

Probably the worst Pizza Hut experiance I’ve EVER had. Ordered my pizza on line, they said it would be ready in 15 min, took me 10 min to get there waited AN HOUR before I got the saddest excuse for a Pizza Hut Supreme pizza I’ve ever had. While waiting in line I went inside to use the mens room, the inside was filthy, I waited for the customer in front of me to finish in the mens room, he didn’t wash his hands so when I exited the mens room I used a paper towel to open the door and was going to hold the dor open with my foot and the door closer is so mis adjusted the door immediately tried to slam shut so fast it hit me in the shoulder. I was so irritated but when the lady at the window came to bring me my pizza she was so sincere in her apology I felt sorry for her having to work in those conditions, having to constantly apologize to customers for taking so long.

The dining was empty yet every table was filthy. The bathroom was incredibly filthy both men’s and ladies. According to the thermostat it was 77 in the building. Unpleasantly warm. Food was decent but won’t go back.

I have the meat lovers and sometimes add extra meats and jalapenos. I take it home to eat. As always, I believe the cost is over priced and the cost per addition is extremely high also. Don’t get me wrong, the pizza is great.

I wanted a big box diner with wings it was supposed to be jalapeño pepperoni and ham with pineapple but what I got was pineapple all over and no jalapeños and my wings had hardly any sauce like some pieces just looked like normal chicken and were dry and then we had to pay extra for marinara sauce we were supposed to get with the meal for our cheesesticks I don’t understand how you can mess up like this without being lazy careless or high
