The most amazing Texas T-bone steak, delicious mac and cheese. Super good soups, I can talk all day and with details but nothing is more convincing than coming here yourself and trying it out!!

We had reservations and our table was ready upon arrival. The server was very nice and attentive. Our food arrived in a timely fashion, and it was hot and fresh. The fried pickles and shrimp were delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. My husband’s sweet potato fries were cold, but the server immediately got him another order. The manager came out to check to make sure all was well. It was a great dining experience and well worth the money.

Went in looking for a steak and a salad. Their wedge salad is outstanding, but the steak was not up to expectations considering th price. It was cooked right but I guess it sat at the prep station for too long and it was barely warm when it arrived. The amount of grizzle was normal but the steak had some areas with harder/chewy texture. Again, not impressed. Staff was friendly, courteous but not enough to make me plan my return.

Great food friendly service. It was an extremely busy afternoon with the Rotary convention in town despite the large crowd the staff did a phenomenal job accommodating customers. Management was great at expressing sincere appreciation for patience as they worked alongside staff in the restaurant to keep things moving. I appreciated their concern for customer enjoyment and applaud them for their professionalism.

The waiter asked for our cards when we placed our orders.. I never go to this salt grass I normally go to the one in Pearland or near the galleria and I have never been asked for my debit card when we place an order .. in addition to the waiter continued to tap on my shoulder to ask me if I wanted to order food because I had only ordered a margarita.. there’s other ways to get peoples attention besides touching them three times to ask them if they want to order … I didn’t feel welcomed here and I for sure won’t be back! The audacity to ask me for my debit card as if we were going to skip out on the tab !!Then the margarita I ordered tasted like the bar tender was new and had just made his first drink !! Very disappointed in this location!

July 4th evening was our second time eating dinner here, and we couldn’t help but write about how awesome the food and service have been. Even the adult beverages are always made the way we like them! It was busy, so the wait was going to be one hour, therefore we decided to eat at the bar. So glad we did because Priscilla did a phenomenal job! She was working so hard to meet not only the needs of those sitting at the bar but also the drink orders for everyone else in the restaurant. She was alone and killing it on a holiday evening, right after an Astros game was over and a packed Marriott hotel across the street (we could tell there were plenty visiting Saltgrass from the hotel because we stayed there too and knew of the conventions being held that could identify the visually impaired groups of diners.)
