The atmosphere was ok. They played decent music. The first waitress was excellent but the service after was below average. I went for the food and if I could give a negative star review I would. The pictures are of what first came and the second picture is of what I left on the table. Garlic noodles were decent and that’s being nice. The crawfish you could EASILY tell they had been frozen for awhile and I felt nauseous after eating it. One of them were BROWN and old. I love seafood but would NEVER go here again.

The food was great, all the seafood was fresh, served hot . One major thing that I didn’t like was they charged for a glass of tap water. It was only 50¢ but it was the idea of them charging for water that came out of the faucet. There were 10 of us that dined , so that was an additional $5.00. Kind of a ripoff. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Eating here was an unusual experience and I would recommend visitors to know a few things before they enter. (1) they serve cooked crab/lobster/etc in a plastic bag with all the gravy in it (2) they don’t serve spoons, forks or even plates… (3) you need to be comfortable eating with your hand (4) and its going to get very very messy.

We just moved back from the east coast and we were excited to come to one of our regular restaurants. My family of three came for an early dinner on a Sunday. It wasn’t as busy as I expected it to be, we were seated immediately & ordered soon after getting our table. We ordered 3 waters, and a modelo, 2 orders of rice and a combo number 1. Our drinks came out quickly and FYI there is a fifty cent charge for water. Our food took forever to come out, 3 other tables who came after us got their food before us, we inquired about our order and finally received our seafood but had to again wait for our rice. This used to be our go to place but I think it’s time to find a replacement.

Despite being busy, the staff did an excellent job making sure that we had everything needed to feast! Along with the appetizers, we ordered the kickin combo deal #1. For a family of four, all of this food was more than enough; we underestimated how much food was going to be in the seafood bag. Overall, the food is a little on the saltier side. We loved how thinly sliced the fries were, making them extra crispy. Calamari was excellent; they were crunchy and tasty. We wished we substituted the garlic noodles for another order of calamari! The garlic noodles became overbearing after the first bite; I wouldn’t recommend it. We would come here again.

Unconventional presentation (lime thrown on the paper covered table, awesome, tasteful seafood delivered in a plastic bag, gloves to protect your fine skin…). We ordered Garlic noodles (must to be tried, generous garlic amount in them!), 2 lb crawfish, mussels, a crab. We played with spice levels of the Kickin sauce, enjoyed both Medium and Spicy. Liked the place a lot. Going to come again and get clams, shrimps. Oh! We had fresh oysters! Best appetizer ever! Servers were very polite, surprisingly nice for such a busy place!

Hubby and I walked in. No one to greet us or acknowledge us. After a couple minutes of standing, we are then just waived down.They charge for water, but it’s TAP, so you’re forced to buy a beverage unless you know you can hold the spices down, lol. Easy to order and food was sooo so delicious!

Every time I go to this location, it’s not a pleasant experience. The food is below average, and the bathroom is disgusting. I ordered fish n chips, and it was disappointing, I only have a single small piece of fish and a whole basket of fries. Also ordered the fried shrimp, and it was tiny bits of burnt shrimp. the crab boil has too much butter, and I feel this store is stingy with portions.
