Done with this location, will be telling people to not go here. I showed up to this location 15 minutes after ” out of the oven” notification came up. I was asked to pull up and my food will be brought to me, wasn’t told why. I was waiting 20 minutes, many other cars came and went with their food (probably about ten). I called twice during my wait no answer. I pulled back around and when I was waiting at the window for an employee to help me there was an employee bringing my food out from the side door. I’m not 100% sure but I think they got an attitude when I wasn’t really talking I said “thanks” obviously I’m getting my food why after it was supposed to be completed I’m not going to be bubbly. Got the order and it’s wrong! I was given a chicken alfredo bread bowl instead of the pasta primavera one I paid and waited for. It also wasn’t hot so I’m sure it sat while all those other cars that no doubt ordered after me got their food. I called to let them know it was incorrect, no answer again. Out front it says new management, I can’t tell. Even after all that waiting I would not have left a review if I wasn’t met with attitude for the stores mistake. It’s ridiculous. This is the trend in Whiteville N.C. at the restaurants mediocre service and attitudes.

I have to give this Domino’s five stars!! At first I would have done it probably two maybe three but that was because of the situation that I had with the person that was answering the phone when I called. I was told that at the time they were not accepting any coupons and that they weren’t delivering and you had to come pick up your order and everything of that nature but literally the next day I was gotten into contact with evidently from his manager and was told that that person was spreading false information about Domino’s on that he had been letting go and she gave us a free pizza to make up for it .. it’s things like this that really make me appreciate certain businesses and make sure that I will definitely be there again and they will definitely be getting my money again because they go out of their way to make sure that I was taking care of after that situation so I’m entirely happy with this dominos!!

I live less than four miles from this franchise, as the crow flies. Somehow, I’m too far to deliver to. Fine. However, Domino’s can’t even be bothered to have people answer the phone and would rather use a robot to take you through the whole process before checking your address to confirm it’s within the incredibly small delivery radius. You only get to speak to a real person after canceling your order and hanging up. Someone will immediately call back to follow up on the order because customers are important to Domino’s. That is, until they find out you still won’t come to pick up a canceled order you had no interest in picking up because you wanted delivery, for reasons that fall under “it doesn’t matter why,” in which case they’ll immediately hang up without a word. Because only paying customers matter.

Will never use again. When you call in your order you don’t get the local Domino’s. You get some idiot from outer space. Then the local Domino’s doesn’t know anything about your order. Third party ordering sucks. I can eat some where else. Hate this place

Food is always good, however the workers at the pick up window are extremely dismissive or rude when my partner and I have told them we’re missing parts of our order, like our drinks or sauces that we paid for. We always check to make sure everything is there before leaving the window and show our receipt. It’s happened the past three or four times we’ve ordered.
