I asked for a 4 piece honey barbecue chicken strip basket the girl said she couldn’t hear me so I spoke up and after I did she or he was very rude , literally was a bunch of 16 year olds running the restaurant. After 25 minutes in the line when I receive my food all of my hot foods were cold , my ice cream in my blizzard were both melted, and literally barbecue sauce was POURED on my chicken. I work in customer service so I usually don’t complain about stuff like this especially when it’s close to close, but this was just ridiculous and it was past close so I could even get my order remade smh .

Today… I was starving for a chicken basket I couldn’t wait to put those yummy tenders covered in gravy in my mouth. But when I got my chicken basket there was NO GRAVY!!?!??!?!??!?!?!??!! Their Ranch has a good thickness. Most likely the best non-refrigerated fast food Ranch. The real kicker is the sheer size of the Ranch cup. It’s an absolute unit.

I unfortunately didn’t get the girls name, but I asked for a small cotton candy blizzard. There must’ve been a communication issue, and she thought I said medium so she charged and got me a medium (which I truly didn’t mind, as it wasn’t that big of a deal). But she went above and beyond and insisted on giving me a coupon for a free ice cream cone since it was “her fault” even though it wasn’t truly her fault, it was kind of hard to hear through the speakers. But her customer service was absolutely phenomenal! I really wish i would’ve been able to put her name in the review! I was truly impressed!
