They have five establishments in the area per the waitress, but this one is the only one with the wood fired stove. Every dish was spot on, there was five of us. Delicious food, good service, nice little spot Ex eat the beach. Outdoor seating available too.

I love Al’s pizza and was looking forward to the consistency and quality that I have grown to know and enjoy over the years. Two different attempts for them to prepare and deliver a small pepperoni pizza proved futile. I am very understanding when it comes to restaurant work, and know that it is no easy task; I did it for a very long time myself. Besides, the manager who finally just agreed to refund my money, this has been the worst experience at owls, and makes me question future visits. Things are getting/have been too expensive for places to simply crank out junk and expect that nobody say anything. Everyone wants to ask for five star reviews, they make me ask they’ll say, instead of just earning it and knowing that the person will likely review their awesome experience. And this preemptive tipping is nonsense. A tip is given if the service provided is exceptional, right? So, if the tip is given upfront, then what motivation is there to provide that excellent service? None! It’s not gonna get any better from here, folks. What Would Al Say?

It took 1,5 hour and when finally arrives our pizza was black burned and cold. I had to call 2 times and speak with 3 different attendants to get to know why was taking so long. Even if you order through DOORDASH they use their own delivery team so it’s not trackable and if there are a lot of orders you will wait for a looooong time.

My daughter and I popped in for a late lunch at 2:30 on a Wednesday. She had a couple pieces of pizza by the slice which she enjoyed and I had the chicken fettuccine alfredo. There was only one other person in there at that time. The food was super yummy! The decor was clean but minimal. They serve beer and wine with meals as well as soft drinks. The restrooms were spotless! All in all we had a great visit. If you want great food and fast service at really good prices then stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

We started coming to Al’s back at his first store on Pablo road (90’s). Some 30 plus years later – I’ve moved away and this is one of the places I have to stop by! I’m a fan of their salads (love the oil and vinegar dressing) . Calzones are seriously the best I’ve ever had. You can never go wrong with a slice- add your favorite toppings.
