Placed an online order for my family and waited 1.5 hours for delivery. The tracker wasn’t working properly the status was in “Prep” for an hour. I called the store at 6:41pm to check the status of my order and spoke with Nia and she said “your order is out for delivery and should be there shortly! 33 minutes later the driver arrived . We promptly opened the food and was thoroughly disappointed . The fries were cold, the subs were room temperature and poorly made, the pizzas were room temperature. I called immediately and waited 10 minutes to get a live person. Explained the issue to a staff member and then asked for a Manager who only wanted to identify himself as Zeek. He was rude, irate and very unprofessional. I asked him to redo the food and he screamed “I’m coming to get the food and give you a refund and never order from my business again!” I couldn’t get a word in over his yellling… he finally shut up and I tried to explain that I just had surgery and my 4 kids 3 adults waited patiently for the food and your store messed up so replacing the food was my request! He yelled I will not and hung up on me. I will do this review, call corporate and my credit card company! This is the poorest service I ever received in my life. Paid the bill and tipped the driver well only to be treated like trash! This establishment should be avoided at all cost!

I tried Pizza Boli’s for the first time today and got a large peperoni pizza and wings. Just gotta say that it was very delicious!! I suppose no one ever needs to comment about pizza crust, but they use a seasoning on the crust that is so tasty. This ranks very high on the list of pizza restaurants! I highly recommend Pizza Boli’s, you’ll love it!

Don’t order from here the food was nasty it had no taste. My boneless wings wasn’t cooked properly. They make you pay $.75 for sauce that they don’t give you. Then when you call and complain they sit the phone down an just leave you sitting on there and no one ever get back on. Poor Service

Ordered what looked like a great chicken sandwich from the website, what we got was hard buns, an overbaked hockey puck and no condiments. Huge disappointment, don’t order the chicken sandwiches. Everything else was great!
