Honestly this place is a joke. I just moved to the area and was excited to try something new. 100% was let down. The service was terrible. The food just as bad. The place was dirty, and all the employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. Definitely will NOT be coming back.

The food is mediocre at best and the employee’s are incredibly rude and unprofessional. The restaurant is consistently dirty and the employee’s don’t care about their job, instead they are more interested in talking to the pepper jaxs employee that seems to be at pancheros more then pepper Jax. The workers also appear to be very unkempt and dirty. The restaurant does not allow you to request a water cup, instead you have to by water for a couple of bucks, this establishment makes taco bell seem positively luxurious.

Only giving one star because I have to give something. Hours on the door say 12:00 am, hours online say 10:00 pm, yet it’s only 9 pm and they are closed. No sign on the door, the doors are just locked. The employee behind the counter was laughing with her AirPods in as people were trying to open the doors.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Awful service and food, they charged me $3.50 for “extra meat” when she did 1/4 a serving. Everyone in CF makes fun of this Pancheros as being the worst in Iowa for a reason. It’s worth driving the 2 hours to the Jordan creek mall Pancheros.
