Worst pizza in a while. Well, probably since my last time eating it years ago from the same location. For someone to say a pizza is disgusting, you know that it must be really bad. I ordered from them against my better judgment. People at work were bragging about the new Batman Limited pizza. It was the only pizza from the order that was correct. We ordered 2 thin crust custom orders. Neither were supposed to have onions or mushrooms. One had onions and barely any bell pepper if that was supposed to be bell pepper; that’s a joke. The other was supposed to be extra cheese and all the meats. That pizza had maybe 2 meats and lots of mushrooms. Granted, the lack of crust options from ordering a specialty pizza left me the custom pizza route. Making it worse, the girl working the counter even opened up each box before I paid for them. Did she knowingly just hand me off someone else’s pizza like it was the normal practice? Once I got home, I called them. The employee I was speaking with handed the phone to another employee. Again, I described what had happened. Response: We’re sorry we were very busy and it was an accident. I received that very same response years ago. That’s why I haven’t ordered from them in years. I will never be going to this incompetent pizza chain ever again. Don’t send me coupons. I don’t even want my money back! Simply fix your ways. I buy from more expensive pizza shops, knowing at least the pizzas received will be the correct ones.

Had a problem with triple card charges, never took any pizza from store that day and now 3 weeks later no return phone call from manager Jefferson, multiple attempts made to contact him, the man never works, wish when I managed stores over the years I didn’t have to actually to go to work. What the hell is wrong with this world today? Terrible service that day awful experience. Was not handled in a professional way at all

Arrived at 9:35pm (hours of service says 10:00pm) to get a pizza and they said they couldn’t because they were closed to clean. But other people were sitting waiting for their pizza. It only takes 15 minutes to make. The people working were more interested in leaving right at 10.

It’s cheap. You get what you pay for. The hot and ready pizza is obviously frozen dough, with a smear of sauce and some low-quality cheese. Whenever I’ve purchased the Italian cheese bread, the dough is never fully cooked towards the center.

I personally can’t recommend this place anymore they used to be one of the best little Caesar’s in town unfortunately my last few visits have been atrocious sauce was so minimal it was basically dough cheese and meats and no sauce you are better off spending your money at the dominos a few minutes away from here if you want a good slice there is also a random guy who I assume is the owner of the franchise handling food without gloves and playing with outside food that isn’t meant to be in there personally I will no longer purchase anything from this place
