Found this spot on google close by to our hotel in Jersey City, New Jersey – reviews were ok and the pictures were great, however they were not reflecting the real food and the ambiance in the store. My expectations of dining in at a nice setup turned into having a fast food in paper cutlery and school cafeteria environment.

Great taste! I’ve tried Nandos chicken before and it’s a similar style (portuguese inspired). We used to get the lunch combo, which was a great deal. They seem to have stopped it, so we get it to go now with just 1 side of peri fries (much better than fries!).

The guy who took my order was the most zen person I have ever had taking my order. The food was fresh and hot. The guy brought it to our table with extra sauces. The restaurant is clean and quiet. My son wanted to go 2 days in a row. He asked if this place be “our” lunch spot. We also got food to go. The Yuca fries are sooooooo delicious especially with the white sauce and hot sauce together. The toated Pita is really good as well.
