Very ostracizing experience. We were frequently ignored by our waiter (her name was faith if I’m not mistaken). We had to ask other servers for our drinks, we were rarely checked on while seeing tables around us receive adequate attention. Just an overall weird experience. We still tipped over 20% but this should definitely be addressed at the next employee meeting.

Had a great time, the place was fairly crowded, but only waited about 20 minutes for our table for the four of us. It was a bit smoky inside, kind of like going camping with a campfire. The food was really good. We had bulgogi (?), Short rib, vegetables, shrimp, pork belly, and chicken. A little sake and a beer. The sauces and other condiments all went well with what we ate. We stayed the full 2 hour time limit and probably could have stayed longer, as they kept coming to see if we were wanting anything else. $200 for four people with drinks.

Went there this past weekend with my wife and granddaughter and after the first order we ran out of food for over ten minutes.Then we ordered more food and the waitress didn’t bring our order to us for another ten minutes, instead she took an order right across from us without acknowledgement to us and after I made noice she looked at me and shook her head up and down then proceeded to take another order.
