This used to be a very nice place to go when they first opened. Now it smells bad. There are a bunch of little kids working there. The food was horrible. Cold old food, poor presentation. I ordered a veggie burger that was broken no flavor. My fries were cold and broken up. The prices were way too high. My sister ordered a Cesar salad and it was disgusting. If you just want to watch a movie I guess it would be a last resort. I would not recommend the food.

Why is this place still open? With each new owner the service and quality goes down. Orders are now taken…eventually. Food runners don’t know who each order is for so they wander around in the dark calling out what food they are carrying. New seats are loud and squeaky. New menu looks interesting but is executed poorly. The slow and inaccurate service destroyed our movie experience. Go Somewhere Else.

There are 8 lanes however one lane is down so only seven is available. It’s five people allowed per lane. I tried to call ahead to place a party for 30 and I for two days all I got was the voicemail. Finally, I called the movie theater and told them I had been calling for two days and asked could they put me through to a real person. Again, I was sent to a voicemail. I called back and spoke to a manager. When our group arrived, there were several people behind the desk but they were too busy talking to each other to assist my party. They’d help one or two people and then go back to talking while the rest of us stood by awkwardly waiting for them to continue getting our shoes. We ordered five lines but one was not working so I paid for five but only used four. We asked for assistance on it and the guy said he wasn’t sure what the problem was. When our game ended, we still had time left so we tried to restart the game but couldn’t. We asked for help and no one could figure it out. They kept getting more people involved up to the manager. The manager went behind the computer and started typing away and then everyone dispersed. My brother went up to asked them did they figure it out and they told us our time had expired. We told them that our time hadn’t expired when we first asked for help. We got into an argument going back and forth with the lady behind the counter. Finally, she said she would give us our 30 min left. While we were playing the game broke down and AGAIN they did not extend our time as she fixed it. I reached out through the website to tell of my experience with no response. Honestly, it seems to me that they want to nickle and dime you. Although it is pretty and secluded, you could do better at spare times or amf in overall price and service.

Just left this place. The service was awful. Ordered drinks twice and watched the server just go sit down with her phone and not do anything. Like, really? Both times my drink was not full. She had a group of 4 guys and myself and my hubby as her only 2 groups of people to wait on and didnt seem to want to be bothered. Our table was cle and rly used and not wiped down… No coasters or cocktail napkins under the drinks. Also no appetizer plates for the appetizer. The pretzel we ordered was super buttery and no napkins were brought over… hello.. we r bowling, we want to wipe our hands. When hubby asked for napkins the kid who brought it over rolled his eyes and seemed super put out about it. Just terrible. The bowling lanes were cool tho and my drinks weren’t too bad. All together we were there an hour and feel it was a huge waste of time and over $100.

I will never go here again! Our food was cold. We only got half our order. The server literally snatched the plate from my son while he was he he was eating. They didn’t bring the rest of the food until half way through an almost 3 hour movie. While we were waiting for a refund there was at least 5 other patrons with similar complaints not to mention it took forever to get said refund. This was the worst service I have received in my life.

Too expensive for what you get. Not worth it at all! Do not waste your money. It was only 3 of us and we paid a total of $120 for 3 movie tickets, 1 hour of bowling for 2, a piece of cheesecake and a brownie. You can go bowling, see a movie at AMC and eat at RED Lobster for less than that

Went here last night and they said they close at 9pm. Then why does the internet say 11:30pm?!?! Anyway, after reading some of the reviews, it was a true blessing in disguise, cause we were ready to have fun & spend money. We ended up eating at Juan’s across the street, and had a great time.

Beautiful facility! The atmosphere was great with the bar and bowling and pool tables! But then the service was completely disorganized. I refuse to pay for looks, If only the service was as good as the way this place looked. Would not recommend.

I like this place it’s a combination of movie theater and a bowling alley. The only thing I wish was better was more staff. Food took a awful long time to get to us. Other than that this place is great!

Bowling was nice, lanes were a bit narrow. drinks came almost immediately but food took over half an hour and tasted old (I got a side salad) lettuce tasted old and wilted, crutons tasted stale and chewy as well, and sweet tea tasted off (like it had been mixed with something else?)
