2 times I’ve tried to order this week. Both times orders were incorrect. Got placed on hold for 20 minutes when trying to rectify recalled and hot through immediately. Then dealt with terrible customer service. I do not recommend… even for bad quick fast food pizza. They only deserve 1 star because the delivery drivers.. although unprepared had good attitudes.

Very busy. While there (about 5min.), I overheard them loose three different orders. Mine was done and sitting on the heat rack when I got there. The employee didn’t look at all the tags and told me it wasn’t ready yet. Standing room only I waited for another person to check the rack for me. I don’t blame the employees the place was crazy busy.

Everyone that worked the evening of February 21st 2023 should be fired immediately with the exception of the delivery drivers. Food was ordered for pickup at 5:30, showed up at 6 and was told to come back in 25 minutes. Came back and was told to wait another 15. I asked to talk to a manager and some other person came to the window with excuses and told me it would be 8 more minutes. 20 minutes later my cold food was ready to leak all over my seat in my car.

I’d tried a competitor’s pizza earlier in the week and it tasted like shoe leather with cheese, it made the pizza from Dominos taste like 5 star cuisine. Arrived quickly, hot and delicious. The crust was both tender and chewy and very flavor-full. My pizza craving has been satisfied.

I ordered pizza from this location they said about 45 min for delivery…. I received my cold pizza 2 hours later after it had finished cooking at 10:30 via tracker on website. Called back the next day they said my name was on the list already for management to call , I waited patiently no call, days no call. Terrible service terrible pizza it’s a shame it’s still in business, by the looks of it no one wants to work there.

I ordered delivery today and had to go to the store to get my money back because i was told after already waiting 1 hr that it could be several more hrs to get my order because they were short staffed Very sad seeing those employees trying so hard why management doesn’t help fill the open shifts and corporate don’t care. Stay away from the one on 182nd and division Tracking didn’t work didn’t let me know when my pizza was ready when I got there it was cold & sloppy put together I don’t recommend this store. The one on 122nd and Powell is way better.

Should have listened to the reviews the tracking never worked and then when we refreshed the page it said Delivered and we never got the pizza. When we called they put us on hold and did not pick up. Our pizza is very cold and they obviously do not care about customer satisfaction. We waited almost 50 minutes just to get our pizza altogether 2+ hours. Do not go here unless you are doing a carry out and you put in your order at the store. That is the only way to ensure fresh warm pizza.This store will eventually shutdown by the way its going.
