I LOVE Firehouse. As a matter of fact, ever since I discovered FHS, my family and I STOPPED going to the other fake bread SUB place. HOWEVER, we just stopped in this place and for the first time- EVER, it was really disappointing. My husband’s and son’s LARGE meat sandwich was FLAT and had VERY little meat. I also thought me daughter ordered a KIDS MEAL, only to find out, she DIDN’T! The “small” sandwich she ordered was T-I-N-Y! Three bites and she was done! My son usually can’t even finish his FHS but because his hardly had any meat in his, he asked to have MY other half! For $67 dollars and some change, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the quality and (lack) of food we paid for… We DEFINITELY will NEVER be coming back to this location. Manager was on the phone with someone else, not happy with something they ordered, so that right there told me everything I needed to know about this location. I didn’t even bother letting him know how disappointed we were. Fly issue is also a problem.

Update Sept 2022: everytime we have dined in it has been a great experience. Gluten free options are available. The sandwiches are always made to perfection and are hot and fresh. The staff is hit and miss but other than that it’s always a great experience.

I placed an online order pretty close to closing time and showed up to my food not being ready. Jeannie the manager found out the reason was due to a problem they encountered with online orders. She and the staff took the time to make our food fresh and FAST! She gave my little girl a cookie and fire hat while we waited. I appreciate them going the extra mile for us! And the food was delicious!

Always Lost
Just ate my doordashed Spicy Meatball with Green Peppers added. I couldn’t have built a better sub myself. Perfect sauce ratio, all the ingredients neatly tucked in under the melted cheese. I didn’t need a fork or a napkin to eat a MEATBALL SUB. Expertly crafted and they gave a damn. Thank you for that, made my day!

Stopped there this morning to grab two sandwiches. Wife ordered a medium beef steak with onions and mushrooms and I got the New York steamer. Both were hot and very yummy. Better than the lettuce subs you get at the competitor’s. We were greeted as entering and the wait very minimal. Firehouse was very clean including the restroom. We continue to go back. Sandwich prices start at about 4.99 up to 12.00 bucks. Well worth the price. I have eat at all types of restaurants and Firehouse beats them hands down. Not only do I support Firehouse, but a portion of money goes to help First Fire Responders in your community.
