Went to pick up my order when told to and it wasn’t ready. The kid said 7 minutes. Ok they’re busy I can wait…32 minutes later its finally done. There is no excuse for that it was 1 large 1 item pizza? Be honest when asked how long so the customer can decide if they are going to wait.

What a nice set up. The staff was super friendly. We ordered 3 pizzas which were made fresh. We waited maybe 15 minutes. The pizzas tasted great. I adore the pretzel crust pizza which my husband daughter enjoyed the cheese pizzas. When back in that area, we will stop by again.

Get ready to wait at least 10 minutes before you can get up to the counter just to tell them you want a hot and ready. Parking lot is not good, someone is going to get hurt. Didn’t offer me a receipt which sucks because I use Fetch for points. Hotnready’s are now almost $7, just gonna pick up from Papa Johns from now on. They have a similar deal without all of the other BS mentioned above and much better quality pizza. Fast and cheap was the draw guys….

The place is always dirty even at the new location. Ordered online to save time, but they didn’t even have it ready/started when I got there. Sometimes the food is hot sometimes it’s fridge warm.. lady was on her phone while I was waiting at the counter for like 3 mins before even acknowledging me at all. Poor service dirty atmosphere and overall just seems like a run down joint..
