Fantastic dumplings and soups. Excellent scallion cakes and good kimchi too. Service was prompt and food was steaming hot and fresh. Location is great (near downtown). Good atmosphere. Veggie options too for noodles and dumplings.

Incredibly authentic Chinese food. I’m half Chinese and grew up eating many of the dishes on the menu and Dumpling Tea does not disappoint. I tried the chicken dumplings and beef noodle soup and both were amazing. My wife got vegetable dumplings as well and loved them. You can tell the owners take pride in their dishes for sure, I highly recommend stopping by for authentic Chinese dishes!

Best authentic Chinese food I ever had in Santa Fe! The noodle and dumplings are all handmade, tasted very chewy. The house soup is very special, a good combination of sour and spicy. I had shrimp and pork filled dumpling, the stuffing is full filled, definitely don’t miss it. The owner is so kind and nice, great service and amazing inside decoration.

As usual, the food here was great! The dumplings are large, so it is easy to find yourself over-ordering especially as the menu is so appealing!

Dumpling Tea in Santa Fe deserves a solid five-star rating! The food here is absolutely delicious. We had the pleasure of trying their soup dumplings, spring rolls, beef wonton soup, and Dan Dan noodle soup, and every dish was incredibly tasty. From the delicate dumplings to the flavorful soups, Dumpling Tea delivered an exceptional culinary experience. Highly recommended!

Dumpling Tea is a casual eatery on the second floor in a building off the Plaza. There’s a selection of dumplings, buns, wontons, and noodles.

Delicious pan fried baos alongside Dan Dan soup noodles and beef noodle soup. Handcrafted noodles that are so delicious and fresh! The in-house chili oil was warming too! A must visit and reminds me of northern China! The only thing they’re missing are hot tea options! Location of the restaurant is the second floor in the strip mall – took me a bit to locate initially.

10 out of 10, would highly recommend! I’ve been actively looking for a really good food place recently and this definitely set a high bar for me. The broth for the beef noddle soup was light and I wish I had it when it was still winter. The noodles they used looked thick like spaghetti noodles but don’t feel thick and go really well with the beef. And that beef, it was sooo tender. The cilantro and cucumber cut through the heavy flavors and also made it feel refreshingly light as well. Am so upset I don’t love in the immediate area but so happy I found Dumpling Tea. Will have to stop by next time I’m in the area(^_^)

A hidden gem! My wife and I woke up to a beautiful, snowy Santa Fe day, and we knew we wanted something hot and comforting to eat. I found this place on Google and we headed straight there.
