Great stop but my only minor change would be to add more seasoning to your burgers. Salt pepper and some onion powder. Also switch to a brioche bun. The ground beef was great and the cook on the burger was great.

The food was okay, the prices were okay, and the service was okay. However, had I been to the bathroom or seen the kitchen BEFORE we ate, we would have walked out. This place would be shut down in 30 seconds if a real health inspector went thru it. The kitchen was the filthiest I have ever seen, and I travel internationally very often. The bathroom was similarly filthy, even the door. The burgers we had were average, but the buns were dry and seemed old. My wife’s iced tea tasted funky (again, remember this was even before I saw the horrendous kitchen), which she found very odd because she pointed out that iced tea is usually pretty consistent. I can only assume the ice machine was as disgusting as the rest of the kitchen, which looked like it may never have been thoroughly cleaned.

Ordered takeout. Only took 15 min and was served on time. Ordered chicken quesadillas. They were ok, but I’ve had better. No green peppers. Salsa was good (and actually the best part of my order). My son’s each ordered their very large burger. They said they were ok but spices throughout the meat would have made them better. One was able to finish his (he like a challenge). Glad we tried out this place cause the burger is an experience.

The piña-peño burger is easily one of the best burgers i ever had! Savory with a hint of sweet, sour, and spicy. Had the beef medium rare, so it was juicy and not hard. I’m not normally a fan of blue cheese, but it played nicely with the other flavors. I love it when restaurants come up with new dishes!
