I had never seen any papajohns making the pizza leaving most part of the edges for a large sized pizza. This is really waste of money. Moreover i never saw any papajohns store charging for italian seasoning from the past 5 years. Very frustrating after seeing the pizza like this.

Loved its cheesy jalapeños bread sticks with garlic butter. Perfect for vegetarians. You can also try harden fresh veggie pizza with the toppings of your choice. We also tried plain garlic bread that was also good to eat with red pizza sauce.

Best Papa John’s there is! From the manager down they are top quality individuals! I really hate all the hoops you have to go through just to talk to the store these days, but that’s not their fault! If their automated system or their customer service center falls through, this staff is always eager to remedy the situation!

I ordered a veggie pizza from Papa John’s online and after three minutes I got a notification that the pizza was ready which was surprising, but once I picked it up I noticed it was cold, as if it had been sitting there even before I ordered. Although I appreciate the customer service and have had good experiences in the past, I didn’t enjoy it this time and I hope management can work on making fresh pizzas in the future.

Placed a order online for 2 large specialty thin crust pizza. Called back to have four garlic sauce added since they dont give them with thin pizzas. Pizza came not only were they cold but it was original not thin. Called the store to see what happen and was told well on our end it shows original so I dont know what to tell you. I said why would I call to add the garlic sauce and say since they dont come with thin crusts. Oh well I guess I can add 2 free large on your acct. No apology for me having the wrong pizza or it being cold. If this is how you conduct business. I can take my business elsewhere. And they over charged me for the order why did I get charged for 6 garlic sauces separate. 2 then 4. I need management to contact me. This is crazy

Apparently they don’t have their own delivery drivers anymore and outsource their deliveries to DoorDash. The delivery person left our pizza outside next to the street of our apartment complex instead of bothering to call. Will not be ordering pizza here again, terrible customer service and experience.
