be mindful of cleanliness.. no AC so the cooks are sweaty looking shirt drenched. also guy working on my food was on the phone while doing it.. you bring your phone with you to disgusting places (bathrooms, gyms,etc)… nobody wants to see you touching our food we paid for with the same hands touching your phone.. invest in some gloves at least

was looking forward to trying this place after driving by a couple times. placed an online order for pick up for lunch. when I arrived there was one employee scratching lottery scratchers and on hold with customer service for a bill. When they tried to assist me they said there were no orders. I Showed my email confirmation and there it was the employee just wasn’t paying attention to the incoming orders. Couldn’t wait for the food to be cooked and prepped because i was on my lunch hour so I asked to just cancel. They advised that i have to do it myself online. When i showed them there was no option for me to cancel they finally put the phone down and cancelled it on their side and confirmed on an email. Really disappointed maybe I’ll try the other location hopefully they’ll have better service.

Been here a few times. The food is great, cooked fresh and tastes amazing. Great customer service too. Also have a wide variety of food items and flavors! Reliable lunch and dinner option, 10/10 would recommend.

If you’re thinking of working here, think again. The owner Arthur Kasabyan still hasn’t paid me. After I told him about a better job opportunity he wished me the best of luck and told me he would be in touch about paying me. After a few days I reached out since it was feeling like I wasn’t going to hear anything back. Once I told him if I would be getting my pay he told me “I technically never worked there since I didn’t turn in a W4.” but once I reached out to a lawyer, that’s when he finally started to try to pay me. Honestly save yourself the headache of working for someone like that, you can see this man’s true colors in the screenshots on yelp

Reviews said how good the wings and service were here but that’s not the case when I went. There was one guy working which I felt bad for but he clearly was baked out of his mind and was kinda rude. We got our food and the chicken was over cooked. Wings were tough and hard to eat. The ends of the tenders were rock hard. Sauces and seasonings were good but the chicken is nothing special. The loaded fries are a joke. Fries, chicken, and sauce make it loaded? There are plenty of chicken spots out there that are better. This place is just average.

I’m going to be honest, this place needs to be hyped up more. Hands down the greatest wings I’ve ever had. I got a 10 piece boneless meal with Korean BBQ and the recommended Krunked. Everything was delicious! Definitely give Bird Box a try you will not be disappointed.
