Forget the corned beef n cabbage! I make the corned beef at home so I’m guessing this just wasn’t cooked enough. There was so much Gristle that we had to keep spitting it out. It was not tender. We think it was a very inexpensive cut for sure. The carrots were hard and crunchy. The Cabbage was good the potatoes were good. Soda bread tasted burnt. And it was all floating in water. Like soup. Would not recommend. Told our waiter. He said sorry. See the picture for all the gristle. And then see our plates that we sent back. Didn’t even want to take it to go.

Love this place! I had Blackend chicken on a Ceasar salad. I just forgot to ask for the dressing on the side because I can only eat half a salad, and I also don’t like lettuce drenched in dressing.

Playful atmosphere on Saturday evening with college football & MLB playoff games displayed on several big screen tvs surrounding center room bar and along outside walls. Full dinner menu available. Food was delicious and service excellent. I enjoyed the pork chop dinner with a tall draft. Plenty of beer, wine & bourbon selections.

Stopped in before a movie and was so pleased by the cool atmosphere. There were a lot of people there, but it didn’t feel too busy. Service was amazing and the ribs and fish and chips were A+. I will be back soon.

I am so incredibly happy my co-worker wanted ribs today. We are celebrating national women’s day today and we decided to get takeout from here. We all got a variety of dishes and there was no complaint from anyone. From the ribs falling off the bone, the chicken wings perfectly cooked, the porkchop that was flavorful and juicy and much more. The bartender was super nice and helpful as well. Our company is going to cater from here for our next event/ lunch-in because we cant stop talking about how good the food was. Thank you Tom Kelly team, keep up the good work.

The service here is always great. Our company has held quite a few of our lunches and has not been disappointed. Their wait staff is very attentive and food is delicious! I always get the Chicken Philly and have them add the Buffalo sauce. I like their potato chips and the Reuben Rolls. Really anything you get here is tasty and it’s in a very comfortable environment.

We are always looking for “that place” close to home with great food and fun staff and Tom Kellys is it. Everything from great burgers and traditional Irish food to specials like rainbow trout, salmon, filet mignon and more (they have the absolute BEST ribs). The beer and drink selection is great too! The team here is also some of the most friendly and welcoming and that means all the difference to us. Hands down the best place for a large party too – they accommodated our group of 35 and it was great! If you’re ever around New Lenox, you have to stop in and give it a try. It’s now a weekly stop for us.
