They have a limited menu but everything we ordered was pretty good. Not, blow-your-mind good, but an all around decent burger. Prices are pretty reasonable for combos. Staff were very friendly. Our food was cooked fresh, and nice and hot. Great place to grab a quick bite!

I’ve been seeing this place all over social media so I thought I’d give it a try. I asked for no raw onion and no pickle on my double burger and I got no sautéed onion (which I wanted) and no raw onion but they still put pickles on it. I absolutely HATE the taste and aftertaste of pickles so that was difficult for me to deal with. The burger itself was okay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again. The fizzy water was okay too, but not great. The fries were the best part but honestly none of it was really anything special. As a former Vegas resident no this isn’t like In N Out and idk why anyone would even say that lol. Friendly staff, good energy, LGBTQIA+ friendly which is great, but the burger was mid. The end.

My Son’s favorite place in Portland for a cheeseburger and fries. Parking is easy and it is really nice inside, outdoor seating too. We used to go to the one in Northeast but this location is hands down the best! A great place for families to get that burger “fix”. Staff is great too!

I was here to pick up a delivery order and got completely ignored, and all the employees were standing in the kitchen with nobody up front of the counter area. I stood there for over three minutes with five employees, all working facing me, and not one of them even acknowledged me being there. I finally got their attention by saying “Hello is anybody going to acknowledge me?”. Finally a lady that was behind in the kitchen area facing me acknowledged me. She said she would be with me in just a minute.

This restaurant is cashless so make sure to bring a debit or credit card with you if you plan on eating here. The food is sort of on the spendy side for fast food but it actually is delicious …. much much better than McDonald’s! The chicken nuggets were juicy and fresh and the dipping sauces were awesome! They also have some yummy drink choices that are unique to their restaurant chain. I placed my order for pickup through door dash and it was ready quickly.

Love the atmosphere the bold generic Burger fan fair style. We sat outside the tables where vibrant and nice. The crinkle cut fries were crinkle cut fries fine, deep fried and tasty but the burgers were amazing! Actually melted cheese ( I find many places just set the cheese on at the very last step and so it doesn’t really melt or anything) and toasted buns it was a perfect match! The beef was tasty and well cooked.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere however it’s quite cold inside and making eating and being cold and teeth chattering. Food order was fast and still hot. Love love love the ice they use in their self serve fountain drinks. They definitely won my heart over with just that alone.

Manager seems to run a low quality control. First incident, missing bacon on my order and it was placed back on with bare hands and had onions on girlfriends. Second time the bun was burned and again, onions added into my girlfriends. Waiting 15+ minutes for two burger combos when the restaurant is 75% empty and she seemed to have been flustered when a complaint was made and asked for a free shake. Was told I could have the burgers remade but she later changed her mind to the shake which worked out because I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes.
