Chip bags were pretty much empty, got 2 of them for 2 bowls and the chips on top of being shorted about a full bag the 2 combined that I got would be maybe 1 full bag but they were also very very stale very disappointing I have had good service here before but this very disappointing it’ll be hard to come back to this location

Food was great! However, the outside patio dining area was filthy as was the inside of the resturant. All the empty tables were full of food scraps as was the floor! Mention it to cashier n just said ok n laughed!!

I ordered a kids “build your own taco meal” for the first time for my son. They said what meat and sides, I said chicken, rice and beans, thinking a taco come with lettuce and cheese. They said no, rice and beans are the sides, they charged me an extra 3$ for a small portion of lettuce and cheese! What a rip off, I assumed the taco came with some lettuce and cheese and was mislead by employees. Then when I talked to them about it, I was treated rudely and they made my son cry! A manager came over and was even ruder to us saying we should have known, even though the employees never explained what comes in the “build your own taco” and the menu clearly does not state any information. After the manager made my son cry more, he refused to eat the food and our 3$ lettuce and cheese!! Cmon, you need to do better! I will never return to a Chipotle restaurant ever again! Bad business practice and horrible employees that need to be disciplined and/or fired for mistreating customers!

First time I got into a Chipotle in a good 12 months at least. First thing that surprised me where the price is and how dang much they’ve increased. Last time I bought a burrito bowl was $6.95. I paid exactly $9.99 today for the same thing and I could definitely feel that the quality or just how the food is cooked wasn’t cared for as well. Funnel thing and I hate to nagana’s place it’s not my intentions I just want to be honest about my review but the employees did not seem happy to be there I had tried making conversation with a gentleman several times just to get a gag out of him and whenever I would say something he would look at me out of the corner of his eye but not acknowledged and I don’t know. Maybe he’s having a bad day. I know that that job is not easy and maybe he was having a bad day and I don’t think I’d enjoy working there either so that’s my review, I will say though there was a line of one person in front of me and that was at 1:00 in the afternoon so easy to get in and out. If you’re looking for napkins or whatever utensil they have and you can’t find any, expect a harsh and sort of just follow smirk when you ask someone to go and do an extra step of the job. For me, today that was asking for salsa verde which was not anywhere out on tables.

The food was good. But the website wasn’t working for pre-ordering so we had to wait in line and order. They got 98% of the order right. The rewards program worked at least. We had to ask them to re-stock the forks. Otherwise good food (the new chicken is great) and a good experience.

I gave this place a chance after a bad first impression. Still messy, inside and outside in the seating area. The quesadilla was actually cooked this time but our burrito tortillas were ripped when wrapped and left that way, and were messy to eat. The staff also seemed uninterested. I’ve been to many Chipotles but this is one I’ll go back to avoiding.

I don’t understand how hard it is to follow basic directions. I ordered a bowl for pickup and they got my order completely wrong. It was doused in sour cream which was not on my order. I tried to eat it anyways and quickly realized there were about 5 pieces total of chicken. I basically paid $11 for a bowl of rice and sour cream. Save your money and go somewhere else.
