Awesome service and even better food! My fiancé and I were in love and will be back forsure! Reasonable prices as well got enough for 2/3 meals and spent $180 well worth it for how much food on these hot spring days!

First time trying this blackowned place. I ordered the lobster bisque and crab ravioli lunch. The food was hot and made to order. I was disappointed in the Lobster Bisque because it had NO MEAT in it at all; although it had a pretty decent taste, but I expected a few slivers of meat. The crab ravioli was ok. Its taste was very garlicky and oily. If you have digestive problems, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. But once again, there was a decent taste. I plan to give this place another go round and try something different for a better result.

Absolutely loved it! Seafood sack had great flavor and good proportions, fried okra amazing, gumbo was the perfect amount of spice. The owners put a lot of love into it and it shows. I had steak bites with veggies and very tender. We will be going back often!!! Reminded us of New Orleans!!

Was driving by and noticed Southern Crab Sacks at 30456 West 8 mile Road in Farmington Hills, MI. Glad we stopped. Tried the Seafood Gumbo soup, the Lobster Bisque, Clam Chowder, a bowl of Grits and corn bread for lunch. Take out, curb service and Doordash delivery is available. Everything was delicious. Southern Crab Sacks also offers Salmon, Shrimp, Crab Legs, Mussels, Lobster, Crawfish, Oysters and Chicken or Lamb for those who do not eat Fish. Check out the menu for sides and desserts. Owners/employees were courteous and helpful. Provided sample of Gumbo prior to purchase.

I’ll start by saying I’m from LOUISIANA and I know good seafood. My husband ordered the 3 piece catfish meal and I ordered the Cajun shrimp and crab leg sack. The food was out quick and extremely fresh. I love when catfish is battered with a little mustard (southern trick) it taste soooo much better. I instantly knew from the first bite, she knew what she was doing.
