I’ve been taking an adventure out to Harlem from Brooklyn since I was a kid. I am happy to learn they have a Brooklyn location now. The food is always good..except this time, the Mac and Cheese was terrible…It wasn’t baked, it seemed like it was made on top of the stove….almost tasted like it came from a box? But the catfish, shrimp, potato salad, yams and crab stick bites were AMAZING! I Also got an Arnold Palmer to wash it all down. We got to do a little better with the Mac and Cheese though.

I ordered from Uber Eats. Spent almost $50. Ordered 4 items total and only received 1 and that 1 item wasn’t correct. I was still charged for the full order and no refund was made. I am warning any and everyone to please never order from this place. A restaurant worker should have ensured that my entire order was sent with the delivery person. I will never trust a delivery service or restaurant again unless it’s an in – person experience.

Today I decided to try their food for the first time I LOVE supporting black own businesses but from the entrance to the menu and down to the service NOTHING felt authentic. I order 5 Catfish and to be honest you are better off going to a Fish Market. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I ordered 64.00 dollars worth of food, I stayed in my car eating my fried fish and macaroni salad. The fist piece of fish was okay, the rest was so hard had to eat around it. I took a picture and showed it to the person inside the restaurant, he said you should have brought it back, but my question is why is it so hard anyway. I provided a picture.

This location is bringing the brand of a taste of seafood down. They are consistently sub par with their food and making the primary the location looks bad. To the owner please check on your restaurant 135th location is away consistent with the quality of food. This is the second time Ubereats from them because that where y’all have the Uber orders coming. Not to mention 1) didn’t order Shrimp allergic 2)how y’all sending out old fried food??? People can get sick like that! Do better! Y’all are better than this! Been eating here since Madison ave!

If you wanna be overcharged and disappointed with service go here. Food is mediocre, locations are closed when they say they’re open and the staff is rude. They also “don’t take card” even though you can pay via card on grubhub or an app and they have a Square sales system. Stop lying on your taxes

I bought through Uber eats, came 50 minutes after. Food was warm and it was still SO GOOD can’t even imagine if it was fresh. I’m gonna have to stop by and check it out fresh out the fryer. Corn bread is thick bliss.
