Deplorable service. Drive thru girl said 12 mins on chicken. No problem, but 30 minutes later after several folks recieved their orders hubs went in requested refund. Not the first issue at this location. We will drive to Darlington should we desire Bojangles going forward.

CONSISTENTLY terrible…for years they can’t seem to cook French fries to order, they are always hard from sitting around, or half cooked cause they rushed them….and biscuits….come on…why can they not cook a dang biscuit…either raw or burnt…and I counted 2 blue berries in my 2 bo-berry biscuits.

Went in ordered salad and a sandwich, waited 30 and still no food. Manager had a huge attitude, no apology and didn’t want to refund our money. 10 employees, 3 on there phones and no one working. Terrible service and NO responsibility for lack of service.

Bo’s went down for a long time in Hartsville. We actually stopped buying from there. But I think the threat of Biscuit ville opening soon in Hartsville made Bo’s step up their game and they’re improving. I wish they would stop hiring girls with 10 inch nails to stop handing your food out the window? It’s gross. Can’t we get some decent clean people to be at the window? These girls are kinda gross . I know the canditates for work in Hartsville are slim pickings but I want clean looking people handing me my food out the window not women with nails long enough to slit my throat. it’s just gross

We went to Bojangles for breakfast. When trying to order we are told they don’t cook grilled chicken until 10:30. I have ordered a grilled chicken biscuits many times. My grandson got a breakfast platter with cheese grits, eggs, bacon, and a biscuit. The grits were awful, the cheese looked old. My grandson only ate the bacon off the platter. My husband and I ordered the 2 sausage biscuits for $4. The biscuits didn’t taste good. We had to wait for a while on our order. We found out they didn’t have any biscuits and were making more. They should have told us they were out of biscuits so we could have made the choice to stay and wait or go somewhere else. We would have gladly went somewhere else. When I made the manager aware of the grits being awful, she says we can replace it next time you come.

This place is a joke – a dirty one. You get the feeling the owner wants it to lose money for business or tax reasons. I have been back about every 6 months and its always the same- you order boberry biscuits middle of the day and they tell you it will be 30 minutes. The food is cold and has been sitting under the heat lamps since yesterday anyway. Don’t waste your time or money.
