We enjoyed every menu item we ordered. I am a huge fan of Ribeye Steaks so I had to order the Cowboy Ribeye. I had it cooked to medium and it was perfect. The flavor was amazing! We also ordered the Half Chicken with our sides being a Cesar Salad, French Fries, and the Roasted Mushrooms. Great flavors and amazing customer service! Try the Churros for Dessert!! I was excited to eat a $60 steak and they brought out just a piece of steak without any sides or sauces. The steak was also burnt and it tasted burnt. I was very disappointed with the flavor and the texture – the steak was hard to chew. Their vegetables are bad too… I liked the mac and cheese which tasted better than any of their meat menus. Artisan bread was good too but their main dish was terrible. I wouldn’t visit here again.

This place is incredible! First night we got steak, chicken, mashed potatoes all were really delicious. We started with an arugula salad with watermelon, corn and a hibiscus vinaigrette which sounded odd but was seriously delish! Next we got late night food took up to our room the burgers and wings were perfect! Staff is phenomenal. We also had breakfast there twice. Really great spot

This was the saving grace of staying at Live by Leow’s. We were able to have a walk in early dinner our last night in the hotel. The service was good. The portions were generous, so be careful what you order for sides because they are family style. We had a manager stop by our table and check on us after we had some shell left in our oysters.

Service was excellent. Stopped in for brunch. My girlfriend ordered the half chicken and waffles. Just be aware that it’s literally half a chicken with waffles. I thought it was odd to have bone-in chicken but other than that the food was great.

Stayed here during the “Historic Winter Invasion” in February 2021. After the city shut down we were stranded for another several days, so the hotel bar became our go-to place to chill and pass the time. Great food and drinks and had a personable bartender which made the experience memorable.

A late lunch after a productive day is always welcomed. In the area and decided to try Cut & Bourbon inside the Live by Loews Hotel. The restaurant was closed for dining until 5pm but the option to order from the bar was available. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was pretty good and the Ora King Salmon was delectable. Dining options included the bar, a cozy table in the bar area, on the patio and of course the restaurant. The restaurant has the appearance of an upscale dining. While there seemed to be a convention going on, there wasn’t a huge crowd in or around the bar… perfect timing Although Cut & Bourbon’s dining room was closed upon arrival, the bar experience was enjoyable. There was a beautifully decorated photo area across from the bar to capture the moment. Valet parking is available.
