Everything looks good at this place overall as far as I could tell. I was however disappointed that the two Boston Cream donuts that were available looked like icing had been scraped off of them. This was a little after 10 AM on July 4, 2023. I personally felt that given the time of day things looked bare to a degree in certain donut spots. I think Dunkin should consider that if they see a product getting to a halfway point that they should be working on making a new tray of donuts. It is my personal opinion that the donuts should have been at least 80% full on each selection and not simply left to run out of their availability, especially regarding the time of day. They obviously had other donuts to choose from, but the fact that they didn’t have a decent looking Boston Cream donut, not even one, was a disappointment. Normally I have only seen things like this happen towards their closing times the other times I have visited. I will give them kudos though on the girl who waited on me. She had a great demeanor and was respectful.

probably the worst expirience i have had there. i come into dunkin very often, and this particular time was “greeted” by a very rude employee. did not care about me whatsoever. was more busy flirting with her coworker to ask what i needed. will not be returning.

Most of the regular staff have gotten to know me and if ever I have an issue with my order (which is rare) they do not question me and right away make it right!!! Treat them well and they treat you well!!! My cold brew w sweet cold foam and caramel order is safe in their hands!!! And if I ever need a little protein, their bacon cheddar omlet bites are The Bomb!!

do not order online early morning in hopes that they complete it & set aside before you come. i get there and there is no donuts left that i paid for!!! this is the third time this has happened to me, placing very large orders ahead of time to avoid low inventory of donuts, and i get there and my order isn’t even started and minimal are there! i’m very forgiving and understanding but three times now? come on give people what they pay for. now i’m taking donuts home that nobody wants lol, again. the kids working there also lack respect, would give zero stars if i could.
