Drive through was fast for some “freshly cooked” food. The fried shrimp was just shrimp tempura I could have purchased frozen at HEB and the “fried rice” seemed like it was steamed rice with a mix of soy sauce, no veggies, egg was non existent. Wouldn’t go back.

I ordered the peppered steak and got a whole lot of onions in my plate there wasn’t a single jalapeño and I asked for extra spicy. The little meat I did have was bland, and the sauce was very watery…even my side of rice was on the dry side… very disappointed because my coworker gave this place a really good recommendation so either she have bad taste or the chief working tonight need to be trained

Best two dishes to get here are the General Tso’s Chicken followed by the Orange Chicken. The flavors are on point and the breading is nice and crispy unlike other places! No other Asian restaurants in the South Belt & Pearland & Clear Lake area can get these two dishes to taste as good as it does here! Sometimes the Beef Lo Mein is good here too!

Typically, we enjoy their food. Today was a different story. We ordered 30.00 worth of food and called back to say that the meat tasted funny. The owner yelled at us for having voiced our opinion. He said he had been open for 10 hours already and I was the only one to complain. I told him that he probably left his meat out of temperature for those 10 hours and that is why the meat tasted funny. He made no effort to compensate us in any way. He was rude and yelled alot. Needless to say, he did not take criticism too well. Hopefully, we won’t get sick tonight.

I have been here twice so far and plan to return! The service is excellent, the place is clean, it’s easy to get to from the highway, and of course, the food. The food is fresh with generous portions and no skimping on the more expensive ingredients. I’m grateful for a reliable Chinese restaurant. It’s one of the few I’ve found that gets the flavors and balance of salt, garlic, sweetness and oil right in their sauces outside NYC and SF.

Love the food there although the last 2 visits the cheese puffs were sour and the egg rolls were bite size . Seems like I am paying the same price for the same items I order all the time, but each visit I am getting smaller portions. Thinking of looking for another Chinese wok. Sad because we love the food here and it’s a nice place and clean.
