I just want to say that we have been back since my first original review and since then the service has been impeccable! I would like to commend them for addressing the issue and fixing it and since we’ve been back four five times already in the service has been outstanding every time since then and the food is always quality top notch! I took my family to this restaurant we had heard good things about it and decided to give it a try. When we walked in the place was nice and clean its kind of small but cozy and a little outdated. I looked around the restaurant and realized my fiance’ and I were the youngest people in the place in our 40’s while everyone else was 60 or above. Our food came out in about 15mins and looked and tasted really good! The food is on time and is excellent. I have been in restaurant and hospitality industry my entire life and know Italian food very well and I have helped turn around several restaurants also help launch new restaurants and do menu designs. And I would highly recommend this place for a great meal and excellent service!

Very pleased with our visit. Food prepared well, professional and cheerful waitresses and charming atmosphere. Didn’t feel rushed. Prices were quite fair. A versatile place that you can come for a work lunch or a fine dinner. A balance that’s hard to achieve. Would def return

EVERYTIME we call an order in to be picked up..it takes FOREVER..(and we have been eating here for a long time) and there is usually something wrong with it! Food is always delicious. But not worth the headaches anymore with ordering to go…

My husband Paul and I ate at Romano’s for the first time today. The food was excellent and served hot which sadly is a rarity at most restaurants today. The Spaghetti with meat sauce was so delicious! Now about our service, Amanda was our waitress. She is outstanding! Amanda is friendly and gives excellent customer service. We never had to ask her to do anything for us because she was always a step ahead! She came back to our table quite often to see if we needed any water refills, to check how the food was and to make sure we had our add on’s like Parmesan cheese. She let us know that the bread was running behind and on its way. She even offered me a takeout container prior to being asked she saw I was already finished with my meal. Efficient, courteous, and customer focused! Amanda and your delicious food will make us return customer’s. The drive from Clemmons was well worth it! Kudos to you all.

Go here about once a week, Tonight the Host and the waitresses had some big attitudes towards the customers and other customers had mentioned it to each others! Not good for business these days! It doesn’t hurt to smile and greet people properly! Remember your working for the customers!
