Lovely little restaurant in Dolores, AZ. Service was great, food was good and place was clean. Town atmosphere. Will definitively go back when we return back to Dolores.

Friendly service and home cooking. Tried the smothered green chili burger. Not bad but, could have been more meat chunks and mixed the thickener better but, not bad. Will probably be trying it again next visit. Also wished the gift shop was open. Tried to go there twice Friday and Saturday but, both times closed. Hence the reason for 4stars.

We had a large party and with The Limited selection in town we were skeptical. We were made aware that our order would take up to 30 minutes. Food was ok. Customer service could be better.

Sunday morning, 10 am. Walk in, see no ‘wait to be seated sign’ so I find a seat. Many tables left dirty, not cleared of food/dishes from previous guests. One waitress who doesn’t even look at me for 11 minutes. I left.

I only write reviews if the service/food was impeccable or if the service/food was absolutely atrocious. In this case it was the latter. We were traveling through coming from Ouray and headed home to Phoenix. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns and bacon. The biscuits weren’t biscuits, they were tube canned rolls you get at the grocery store. The gravy had no flavor. Hashbrowns appeared to be the frozen kind from the grocery store and bacon was severely undercooked. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and it had hot dogs in it!! Never got a refill on any drinks. Bathroom filthy.

First of all I’ll say I am shocked this place has any bad reviews at all! The staff was super friendly, the food came out fast, and it was delicious. We had the breakfast burrito and omelette. If you go for lunch, try the soup! It’s home made by the soup connoisseur 😀

Very friendly service. Good tasting, large portions. I ate here about 6 years ago and enjoyed it enough that I wanted to eat here again this trip. Still just as pleasant this time around. If you enjoy small towns with friendly people and good quality and value then stop here for a meal.
