Pilar Caribbean Restaurant has been around for 10 years or so now. Tried the food. Was excellent. I had the yellow rice and bean, with bean soup, pulled pork and some steak and onion along with plantains. Oh and even tried the Malta which went well with the meal. Hope I spelled that correctly. Very good meal.

My first time there. The woman at the counter was very nice but didn’t understand English too well. When I asked for the pulled pork I saw that it was loaded with bones. I settled with some type of a beef stew which was ok. The only way I would go back again is if they had pulled pork without the bones.
