I had gone into the store one day to order donuts, specifically the munchkins. I’m very selective on which ones I want and they change with various stores. I found out that I can’t actually order to a person that I have to use their kiosk. I turn around and walked out. It also seemed to be a fun place for the employees to play around at. Another friend of mine also had the same type of experience. I don’t want to use a kiosk and I’m not going to the drive-thru. You have employees working there doing nothing because of the kiosk. I can’t really fault them because they probably are not allowed to speak with people anymore other than to put the food up for my understanding this is a problem with this franchisee with several other stores. You’re losing customers.

I went to Duncan for the first time at this location a few months ago and was immediately met by rude impatience. I decided to try again today with my sister, brother, and daughter for a nice treat. We ordered a bunch of over-the-top fun looking donuts only to leave with a bag full of dry plain donuts. I could’ve checked before pulling off but I trusted the process, unfortunately. I’ll just continue getting my coffee and donuts literally anywhere else.

Not quite sure how you can get 4 out of 4 drinks completely wrong—but my hub kindly went in for my order (and not being the Dunkies fan that I am, grabbed the order and left)—ordered 2 caramel iced coffees—got 2 frozen butter pecan coffees—ordered 2 raspberry watermelon coconut refreshers—got 2 raspberry watermelon lemonade. Does anyone have any idea what they’re doing at this location? It’s a perpetual revolving door of employees—most with seemingly no training.

I’ve stopped here several times in the past 2 months since moving to the area. The line is usually quite long around 7am so I went inside a couple weeks ago and ordered. I received the wrong latte. I asked for non fat milk and could tell by looking that it was not non fat, they rolled their eyes and said ” it is non fat but we’ll make it again if you want”. I said ” I’m sorry to have you do extra work but it really is NOT non fat, it’s way too creamy for me and I can’t physically handle whole milk”. So they remade it but they let me know they weren’t happy about doing so. A week later I went in to place an order because the drive thru wait would be extensive due to the long line. I walked up to the counter and someone came over and said ” the registers are down so we can’t take your order, if you want something you have to get in the drive thru line” I said ” but you just said the registers were down” and she replied with ” they are done for inside orders but not for drive thru orders”. So, I left. Last week I went again, to the drive thru, I ordered an iced Butter Pecan non fat latte. As I pulled out and was headed down rt 3 I came to a stop light and was able to get my straw in the cup, I noticed for the first time that it appeared to have no milk what so ever in it and I was right— not only that but it didn’t taste like a latte at all, if anything it was like an iced coffee would be, it tasted weak, not rich and robust like espresso. It also had a sour taste, not that the milk was sour but something else in it was sour, It was by far the worst latte I’ve had in many years from any establishment. It’s a shame because a few months ago it was a really good reliable DD where you knew you would get what you ordered and it would be made properly and taste good but something has changed in that store and I won’t spend any more of my time or money at this DD location. I tried 3 times in a row lately and all three were a wash out. Nearly $20 down the drain because they were not drinkable beverages. There is a Starbucks right before you get to DD and I’ve gone there sense and on my way home from work there is a DD 2 miles down rt 3 on the opposite side of Rt 3 that makes a decent latte. I can’t recommend this particular DD located next door to the Lidl grocery store on rt 3 Fredericksburg VA.

This place makes everything fresh and fast! I always get a sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin and a large hot tea woth 3 or 4 sugars depending on my mood. Anytime there’s a disgruntled customer snd holds up the line they always give everyone discounts.

Poor customer service and signage on how to order. I requested some doughnuts and the rude person behind the counter told me I had to use an electronic kiosk to order when paying with a credit card. Next thing they will want me to make the doughnuts too. This “do it yourself” thing with these places is getting reduculous.

Walked into the establishment and bought my meal. I then had a bathroom emergency but both bathrooms were closed for cleaning. Except that there was no one cleaning them. I asked the manager but she told me that they were closed for service. I had to almost soil myself to run out to another establishment. No common sense and lazy people that can’t take actions without caring for the customer’s need.

Called twice to get coffee boxes for our teacher breakfast, Anna kept telling me my phone wasn’t working yet when I called others it worked fine. Stopped by and asked to have 2 boxes of coffee ready in the morning, they said they would. I asked if they wanted my name and number. No, we’ll have it ready in the morning. I was there at 8 AM like I asked and no boxes were made.
