i ordered a meatball parm sub- the cheese and sauce were fine but the meat was really disappointing- there was a bunch of inedible parts in it and they only used half meatballs anyway!

The women behind the counter was frustrating cause she couldn’t speak English well and took it out in the customer, that being me. And I ordered pizza and break sticks with marinara sauce and they gave me bread with what I believe is tomatoes soup. This place is horrible to the locals. They feed us garbage and when we call to tell them they act like it’s our fault. I’d not even give them a star if I could. Absolutely the worse you can imagine. Save you money and go to Cafe across the street, will be tem times happier

The first time we went we got boneless wings. They refused to honor the price on the menu (stating that they couldn’t change the way it was listed in the register) and charged us almost double of what it was listed as.

Ordered delivery at 6:19. Didn’t even order a lot. It came at 7:35 which is ridiculous. Seems like the food was sitting awhile because the boxes and everything are wet and soggy from condensation. The boxes look like they’ve been sat on and I didn’t even receive my pepsi. So now I gotta wait longer for that. Definitely the last time I order and I’m mad I even tipped. Update at 7:58 still didn’t get my Pepsi

Ordered a pizza and a sub because the reviews said how good they are. Placed order and they said it would be 35 minutes for carryout. Upon arrival the order was never placed and had to wait in the store for 25 additional minutes for it to be ready. Waiting for the wife to get back home with the food but this is a very bad first impression.
