This was my first visit. I drive by all the time and have seen it so finally decided to stop. Inside looks like it might have been nice at one time but that day has passed. The floor looked dirty and most of the tables were as well. I almost just turned around but decided I would try it out anyway. My mistake. Just ordering the food was a task. To be fair I am not sure if that was all staff or if the people in front of me. When I got near the drink station, also where the utensils and napkins are, it had a really bad smell. Not of a dirty drink station but still bad. I got my food faster than expected, but you see the presentation, nothing like the menu board. It’s also the first time I have had Asian food and literally could not finish it, just not good. On the bright side the lady working there saw that and refunded the money for it. The ironic part was the sing encouraging you to go online and leave a 5-star review. If you have to ask then you likely did not earn it, just saying. I will give them props for seeing a problem and taking care of the costumer. Many places wouldn’t.

We love pei wei but our experience here was not good we ordered food and the people were nice . Once we received the food we were left without utensils or an explanation where they were. I always get the same but unfortunately here it was nothing like it should be. My crab puff were beyond deep fried and not edible and the rice over cooked

Very sad. They are not what they used to be. Very slow service (15 – 20 minutes standing to place my order). Their trademark fryer stations were unmanned. The food was sub-par. Whatever they did to the crab rangoon did not rise above what they would have had with plain cream cheese. Big mistake when they ditched the caramel chicken. I saw the guy back there open a can of pineapple, and when it arrived on my plate, it had just been mixed in. Not even heated up. Not the fun experience of years past. The place was more than half empty. I won’t be back.

We used to love coming here, but lately the quality has declined so much at this point I don’t think we’ll ever be back. Ordered dinner to go shortly before closing time (so no time to go back to get it fixed), only to get home and have RAW chicken and VERY rare steak. Contacted customer service and never heard a response. So disappointed. I understand staffing issues right now but undercooked meat is unacceptable and the final straw for us unfortunately.

When we first got there it seemed fine, but we came to find out that there was just one employee and one cook for the whole restaurant. They were extremely short staffed and after waiting about 30+ mins for our food, it was definitely not worth the wait. I’m not being dramatic when I say my Dan Dan Noodles had an aroma and slight taste of body odor…I only took a few bites before giving up. Haven’t been back since.

I came to eat lunch with my fiancé and Jennifer did an outstanding job, From taking our order with accuracy to delivering the food in a timely manner and being beyond helpful with grabbing us to go boxes! The food was awesome as well , kudos to the kitchen staff. We plan to feature soon 🙂

I really was a fan of Pei Wei pre Covid times but it’s different now. I came in ordered a sesame chicken and it was bland. The sauce was watery, the chicken was super crispy with out tender meat inside. The broccoli tasted freezer burned. When I looked down at my dish it reminded me of the frozen dinner asian entrees found in the grocery store that you microwave. Only difference is those cost $3-4. This was $11.36. I was not impressed.
