Great service as always, but I was given either old or burnt waffle fries…I have NEVER had anything bad to say about Chic Fil A until today. I honestly can’t believe it, but it won’t deter me from eating there again, hopefully this is a one off thing. Sorry I posted on the WRONG location too, I got these from the stand alone restaurant on county line road.

Kind of crummy but serviceable. Not up to Chickfila standards that I have seen, though, in terms of the bathroom, and dining area. Food was fine. One of the employees came into the bathroom the same time that I did, she didnt use the bathroom. She went in there to check her phone, then left.

Thinking I was getting fresh fruit…instead I got molded fruit. You mean to tell me none of the staff saw it? Gross. They took all the condiments out of the compartments which makes no sense at all. Inconvience. None of the other Chick-Fil-A’s inconvience me or give me molded fruit.

The food and service is always very good and it was this visit as well! The problem i had with this visit is an employee was running the mopping machine in the dining room all around the table we were sitting at it was very disturbing and loud and smelled of cleaning solution. It’s hurts me to do this as I own a business in this mall as well but the pure attitude and disrespect I got from Kevin Miller and his employees has turned my stomach. My order sat there for over 5mins as I watched her give out orders to other customers and then told me she called my name. The order was incomplete and wrong as it is every time I order it. When I walked back and brought it to the managers attention Kevin Miller cut me off shooed me off and told me she was a great employee and went on to the next client. Rather she is a great employee or not doesn’t change the attitude that was given to me especially when I did absolutely nothing wrong and ordered online for a quick pick up not wait over 30 mins to finally get situated and eat. If this is what Chick-fil-A future holds I am worried and sadden.
