Arrived after placing an order on the Dunkin Donuts app. They didn’t have any of the items available for the order. 0 of the 6 different types of donuts were available. When I asked for them to cancel/refund the order, they said they couldn’t. The manager was also not present, and might come back in on monday, it was saturday at the time.

I went to this dunkin super early before my shift started for work, about 50 minutes before my shift.. i waited in line for almost an hour because the line, even though short, still took forever.. i ended up being late for my shift. I always give myself enough time to get to work so this is ridiculous. The lady at the window didn’t even apologize for the long wait. Worst customer service

This is the worst Dunkin that myself or anyone else can possibly choose. Every single time, I wait at least 20/30 minutes for my mobile order to get made. Customer service is the worst. Their interior is not taken care of and dirty. If you end up reading this review, I highly recommend you going to any other Dunkin than this one. The level of quality and unprofessionalism in this establishment is embarrassing. I’m surprised that corporate even allows for this Dunkin to continue to be open. Wow. Just don’t even go, you’ll be disappointed each and every time.

Besides slow. Dirty!! Staff not friendly at all. Watching their assistant manager clothes rubbing over the croissants as he’s reaching for things behind the tray of croissants is gross I can’t imagine the other hygiene/cleaning stuff that’s happening.

Last time I go this location. Drinks were made ring after I stated loud and clear to make it the way I said to and the guy even read back correctly. Then it too then ten minutes to make the drinks only to find out they were wrong when I left the area. Not the first time this has happened along with them being out of stuff too.

This place is disgusting. There’s food all over the floor. 100% of the time, your order is wrong. Be prepared to wait in line for at least an hour for the drive-thru. Go to any other dunkin!

Drive thru order drinks tasted unlike every day before (via all the area DD’s), I drove around again (I forgot to order other kids drink) so I let the drive thru gal (chick with a face full of piercings and attitude like she hates the world) know we were just through and it didn’t taste right, like something missing, watered down. She had drinks ready to go when we were there but they still were wrong- come to find out/ she didn’t even have the order right. I tell her it’s still wrong and what’s missing. Her response: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN!
