Worst KFC I’ve been to. Got a bucket, original, skin was soggy and falling off. Was told that’s normal. Exchanged it for extra crispy. Staff was polite and Exchanged my order no problem, but I’ve never had this issue before at any KFC.

was super gross, the line kept building up and it took forever to get my food. no french fries? and on of the employees started to have attitude for no reason. floor was also really slippery, and no toilet paper. no trash cans? and the signs were falling down on the windows. fix yourself, so unprofessional.

Worst KFC in West Texas..ordered an online order which was not ready at est time for pick up..no shocker there but when my wife asked when the order will be ready she was told “when we get to it”. We then requested a refund and were told that I have to go online and do it that way because they can’t refund me at the store..I have been on the phone two different times trying to get a live person to file my grievance but no one will answer..feels like I’ve been scammed. I will never eat here again and advise you to think twice… Churches chicken is right down the road.

The “chicken tenders” were so small, they looked like chicken nuggets, an 8 piece was $20 and the chicken was disgusting, dry and salty, a total rip off I will not be back.. if I could give 0 stars I would . This experience totally made me hate KFC, don’t waste your time or money go somewhere else.

This is the worst kfc I have ever been to, the food was cooked in old grease and they got my order all wrong then when I asked for a refund the manager told me she not doing it and told me to call corporate, so I asked her for the number and she told me she dont have it and said to Google it. So kfc got most of my food and all of my money that day and I will never go back there again.
