Wow! We were trying to place an order and the app was glitching. We tried calling corporate but they were closed. So we called the District location and spoke with John. He reassured us that he would make sure that we were taken care of and our problem was resolved. He took a poor technical experience and turned it into a great customer service experience! It’s nice to go where you are valued as a customer. The food was great too!

i come here often for dinner, and usually get take out, which is ready on time most of the time. tonight, i came here and put in a dine-in order. i had to wait 50 minutes for my mac and cheese, and i ended up having to go ask for it at the front desk. the chicken was delicious when i ate it, but the cheese on the noodles was strange. it was stale and cold, and underneath the layer of melted cheese, there was no sauce, and the noodles were bare. i tried to mix the cheese together with the noodles, but it wasn’t working. the bare noodles were disgusting and i couldn’t eat them. disappointing experience for a place i am usually pleased with.

My Greek salad only came with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and noodles! No cucumbers, olives, or feta. Usually my favorite salad they have. I wish they would have said they were out of ingredients. It was take out so my bad for not checking before leaving!! My husband’s was perfect!

This location is terrible. Staff is inattentive and work with so sense of urgency whatsoever. We went later in the day and it was sow. Every open table in the restaurant needed to be clean and bused. Even after requesting to have someone bus some tables so that we could sit, our request was ignored and we ended up needing to bus our own table. The area by the soda machine was disgusting and leaking all over the floor. Our order took an absurd amount of time to be prepared and even when it got to us, it just looked like it had been sitting under a warmer for who knows how long. One individual sitting by us had his order missed and had to repeatedly request his order to be prepared. Awful experience in a restaurant that is not be cleaned and up kept. Two pictures are of a third of the tables that were not cleaned during our entire visit. Management needs to show up to work… or start trying.

Okay. I saw that this place had low reviews but still decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. This place stinks, garbage bins are full, the wait for a 2 trays took 45 minutes to dine in. Here’s the best part, we ordered 3 different trays before that and they told us they were all out of stock so we grabbed the lady remains that took the 45 minutes to deliver. Yeah never coming here again
