Ordered a whole chicken and lamb gyro. The chicken was super moist and perfectly cooked it just did not have much flavor. They have sauces but were very creamy and heavy.

This is the closest to a home cooked meal from Peru in the DMV. My favorite dish is their Lomo Saltado. Made to order dishes are going to take longer than fast food places so be prepared to wait and enjoy the crackling of the charcoal roasting those chickens jaja. The food is fresh and hot and very delicious. This time my wife ordered their special (chicken kabob/skewers) with rice and fresh green beans! Great variety of chicken flavors as they give you three different flavors. It’s a great place for good Peruvian food. Enjoy!

The chicken was hot, moist and flavor was ok. The sides looked “OLD/DRY” visibly been sitting for hours. The string beans had zero flavor. The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly. I’m sure I prob won’t go back and if I do I’ll order just the chicken.

I really like this place. Their charbroiled chicken is juicy and very tasty. They have many delicious sides to pick from. I typically order the quarter dark chicken with a side of fried yuca or green beans and fried plantains. And their green sauce is the best (in my opinion). The service is great whether you’re dining in or doing takeout. I would highly recommend this place if you’re ever craving Peruvian food.

This was my first time trying Miski. I’ve eaten many Peruvian places and this was just average. Chicken was nice and tender. The sides were average and the ceviche was average. I’ve just had better. The price point is a little pricey for the quality you get. The nice thing is that they have very unique types of food like the cow heart which was tried. I’m sure in time it will get better in terms of flavor. Large menu selection. They have everything which is not always the best thing. I will of course try them again but overall it’s just another Peruvian/chicken place.

The portion sizes here are HUGE, the price is LOW, the kitchen is CLEAN and the food is DELICIOUS! I never write google reviews… ever! But these people are too good and they should be rewarded for keeping their prices low and their quality high! Best place to eat in Crofton/Gambrills by far… and that’s saying a lot because there are SO MANY DANG RESTAURANTS in Crofton/Gambrills!

Every time you bad reviews you think that is only by luck that other bad things happen to other people. I wanted this restaurant to work because I like peruvian food. I traveled 30 miles to get to it and since it closed at 9:00 PM, getting there at 8:20 PM was not a problem. We ordered after answering to the cashier, a young hispanic guy, that we did want to eat in. The order took 25 min. At 8:45 PM the cashier gave us the food as if it was to go and told us that we had to leave because they closed at 9:00 and they stopped service half an hour earlier. I refused to leave because I had to eat and we were not close to home. We used plastic utensils in the to go containers to eat there. Becuase we stayed against his decison, the cashier decided to shut the dining area light off, close the restaurant (locking us in) and immediately and started cleaning around us. If the guy would have told us to begin with that we could not eat in, it would have been fine. At that point it would have been our decision to buy food to go or buy food elsewhere. But it was very rude that he decided to be a jerk with us and not wait 10 minutes for us to finish eating. For that reason, if we decided to go back, I would possibly try the food again because it was good. But it is a shame that i have to leave a bad review only because of one of the employees. When we left, there was another employee that was by the ovens, not the cashier, who opened the door for us and told us: “I know it was wrong of him to treat you like that, but come back to us…”

Took my family here for dinner and the food was really good. Unfortunately I think the place suffers from being in a bad location hidden from view in the middle of route 3 so it was completely empty on a Sat night. I hope it survives because it really is good. I actually hope they open one near me since this one is a half hour away.
