Stopped in for “Moe’s Monday” on my way home from work and was not disappointed! I was greeted with a , “Welcome to Moe’s” by the staff and was served right away. I ordered the steak homewrecker burrito, and loved it! I will definitely be coming back.

This was my first experience at Moe’s and I was really disappointed. The food was okay, but what was distracting to me was the atmosphere. It was very dirty in this Moe’s and there were bugs everywhere… bugs on the walls above our booth, bugs flying around our food and a pile of bugs in the women’s restroom. It was really disgusting and off putting and ruined my meal. They need to have pest control come in or something. Considering they are a production line and all the food is sitting out made to order as well as the salsa bar; I can’t imagine eating there again after what I saw. However, the woman who took care of us at the counter gave me some hope for this place. She told us she’s a new manager who just started a few days ago so I’m optimistic to see how she turns the place around.

I’m visiting out of Florida & haven’t had Moes in 4 years! It was such a pleasant experience to be there! But let me tell you about Miss Tina the manager !!! She is freaking amazing! Her customer service is 100%! She made me feel like her own daughter! She jokes with her employees & you can tell she’s probably their favorite manager! The vibe was amazing! I would come back to Moes just to see Miss Tina❤️

I love Moe’s. I ordered my food ahead and when I got to the store I waited a couple minutes but I wanted to mention that I witnessed the manager I believe named Vanessa handle an issue with an unruly door dash driver. Vanessa handled the situation very professionally. The driver was being very disrespectful and Vanessa was able to diffuse the situation and quickly apologized to any guests in the store at the time. keep up the good work!

First time back since covid and not impressed. Things have changed not for the better. Of course prices have gone up $11 plus for a burrito with less choices for toppings. Got the chicken that tasted like left over from day before along with being hard and dried out. Seating area was unkempt with several booths use for storage of boxes and employee’s belongings (see photos).

Outrageously expensive compared to chipotle and pancheros… a side of queso is $2.50… cost me $35 for 2 burritos and a small queso. So not worth it when you can go to chipotle for $10 less

We went here for the first time on Taco Day (10/4/22) for dinner. Everything was really good especially that BLT chick quesadilla YUM. Dining in was slow I was very surprised especially for taco day but I did notice a lot of carry out/pick up orders. The guy who took our order, made our food, and rang us up did a phenomenal job. Very professional and friendly. We’ll be back for sure!
