Every now and then my wife and I get the taste for some southern fried wet chicken. Sounds gross but you know those original herbs and spices come together pretty good. The only thing that does it is the sometimes terrible customer service. Either they are rushing you, as if they have somewhere to be And I’m wasting their time. Then you give the other method where they are so slow as if the 12 people in the back are only observing the one person doing everything. Really wish they would just get it together and provide a smooth operation. It’s fast food and you all have been doing it for over 70 years. Why are you still thinking through the process?

The service was quick, the building was well-maintained, and if I wasn’t in such a hurry, I probably would have chosen to sit down and eat. The food was warm, but my only gripe was the fact there wasn’t enough of a slushy (for lack of a better name) to fill up a cup. Although, the cashier did offer to fill the rest of the cup with some other flavor, and I accepted.

I placed an order with Mr carmacho , 20 minutes went by and I tried to get anyone’s attention for my order 5 minutes later he appeared, I asked for a refund as I only had a 30 minute lunch break so he replied we are going to make your order now , I replied I have to get back to work , he refunded my money never apologized just walked away with an attitude , not very courteous or professional . 2 months prior I went through the drive thu and jewels gave attitude because she didn’t understand me , as I approached the window I tried to explain and she did not want to here me and simply shut the window before saying by , Very unprofessional SMH

Haven’t changed in 12 months. Always order sort tacos and crispy tacos. As always, they scrimp on cheese, meat, and other vegetable ingredients. We’d rather go to the other location where at least we get more for the price. No, wife suggested we give them another try. We did but nothing has changed. At best, customer service was the best part of the experience. Polite and friendly.

I only rated the food low due to the price not taste, KFC has always tasted good. On my visit, I wanted three pieces of chicken, the person taking the order, put it down as one value meal and one piece of chicken. Seriously, one piece for $3.69? At the take out window they only gave me the value meal and neglected the extra piece. Thankfully, the supervisor, corrected the error.
