This place is very close to my new job, and I’ve had it twice now. I am impressed! The lunch rush in this area is a little crazy, but this place manages to keep the efficiency high and not sacrifice the friendliness and overall customer service. The people working here really go out of their way to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The food is wonderful, and is served fast. I hope they pay those employees well; they deserve it.

Not always open during posted hours, can’t contact them by phone. How do we know if you’re open? It’s been this way for over a year, plenty of time to work out issues. What a shame because this the best fast food burger out there.

Worst burger I’ve had in years. Dry, charred, and lukewarm. I was there about 2:30, figure it had been sitting on the grill since lunch and they were happy to get rid of it to a drive-through customer. I don’t like the golden arches, but wish I’d gone there (right next door) for half the price.

You don’t have to ever worry about me coming to this establishment ever again. How was I supposed to know that it’s drive through only when there’s only a chair in the doorway with no sign. I thought it may have been letting the smoke out from the grill. I heard the worker’s snide remarks saying I should have known as I was exiting. Okay place a sign in the door.

It had been quite some time since I last ate at a Backyard Burger. I remember my previous experience being sub par, but not terrible. Earlier this week my fiancee wanted to take me to lunch somewhere near where I work. He was in the mood for a good burger so we decided to go here. The food is impeccably better than I remember, much better quality ingredients on all items we had. My fiancee is a big fan of chili cheese fries and orders them anytime he sees them. These were the best he’s ever had. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained and the time from ordering the food to having it delivered was very quick, and didn’t appear to be hastily put together.

In terms of food, this Back Yard Burgers is slightly better than the average fast-food burger joint, however, the service is easily the worst I’ve ever had. Not only was the employee servicing the window incredibly off-putting, but my food was wrong. That being said, when I went back inside to get my order fixed, the manager made my burger quickly. After all that, once I got the new burger, it was easily the best burger I had there in quite some time.
